NDG Leader Toastmasters is excited to welcome a special guest speaker, Megan Dial, who will be joining us on April 30th for an inspiring and insightful session.

Title: A Peace Corps Volunteer’s Experience

In this engaging speech, Megan will share her personal journey as a volunteer with the Peace Corps, offering a unique perspective on service, cultural exchange, and personal growth.


About the Speaker

Megan Dial is currently serving as an Education volunteer in Togo and is completing her second and final year with the Peace Corps this summer. Since June 2024, she has been living in a village in Togo, where she works as an English teacher at a public high school.

Beyond the classroom, Megan has made a meaningful impact by:

  • Leading an English club

  • Providing tutoring to students

  • Collaborating with community members to build two classrooms

Originally from Northwest Arkansas, Megan holds a double major in Political Science and International Studies. Her work reflects a strong commitment to education, cross-cultural understanding, and community development.
