NDG Leaders Toastmasters Club Announces Multiple Award Winners at Club Meeting

Montreal, August 8, 2025 - The NDG Leaders Toastmasters Club enjoyed a remarkable evening of excitement, awards, and unexpected surprises during last night’s highly anticipated meeting. The club celebrated its members’ achievements with an impressive array of awards, underscoring the supportive and vibrant spirit of the Toastmasters community.

Award Highlights:

Best Speaker: In an exciting tie, both Randi Schlar and Vicky Li were recognized for their exceptional speeches.

Best Table Topics: Defying expectations, all four speakers - Justin Nantais, David McGovern, Keith Martin, and Judith Mugeni, were honored for their impromptu speaking skills. Judith also received recognition for the Best Topics Master, carried over from the previous online meeting.

Best Evaluator: Tess Souvlos took home this award, further distinguished by also receiving the Icebreaker Speech Award and Best Speaker from the prior week.

The evening also marked a significant milestone for Augustus Ezejide and Judith Mugeni, both of whom have successfully completed Level 1. The club congratulates them and wishes them every success as they embark on Level 2.
